From research participants. When you register for our panel or take part in a study, we may collect your name, contact details (email, phone, mailing address), and demographic and profile information used to determine whether you qualify for a study — for example age, gender, location, occupation, household details, and relevant interests or experiences. During a study we may also collect your survey answers, interview responses, and — where disclosed in advance — audio, video, or written materials you share.
From clients and business contacts. If you work with us on a research project, we may collect your name, business contact information, employer, job title, and project and billing details.
From website visitors. When you use our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and cookie identifiers.
Please don't send us Social Security numbers, full financial-account numbers, passwords, or medical records by ordinary email. We'll only ask for sensitive information through a secure method when a study genuinely requires it.

Some studies are observed or recorded (audio, video, screen activity, photographs, or transcripts) by us, the moderator, or the client. We will tell you before a session is recorded and obtain any consent required. Recordings are used for research analysis, client review, transcription, and quality control, as described in the study materials.
By giving us your contact information, you may receive messages about registration, study opportunities, screening, scheduling, reminders, incentives, and your requests. You can opt out of non-essential emails using the unsubscribe link, or of non-essential texts by replying STOP. Opting out won't stop essential messages about a study you're already scheduled for. Message and data rates may apply to texts.
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes in this policy — including panel administration, client obligations, fraud prevention, and legal and tax requirements — after which we delete, destroy, or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your participant profile at any time, subject to limited exceptions where we're required to retain certain records.
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, such as access controls, encryption where appropriate, secure hosting, and staff confidentiality obligations. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. Please keep your account credentials confidential and let us know promptly of any suspected unauthorized activity.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. Participants can update their profile at any time through our registration system or by contacting us. To make a privacy request, email our email address. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and some requests are subject to legal limits. We won't discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right, though deleting or restricting your information may prevent us from matching you with future studies.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, security, remembering preferences, and understanding site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some may affect how the site works.
Our website and general panel are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information without required parental consent. Studies that involve minors are conducted through a parent or guardian with appropriate permission.
